Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission:** You will join our Corporate Credit Operations team and work directly with management to translate data into insights, generating increasing business value—with a focus on customers and a winning mindset. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Processing, normalizing, and transforming data using SQL, ensuring data quality and consistency for recurring analyses. * Supporting the development of analyses and automations in Python, contributing to improved efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s data processes. * Building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (or similar tools), supporting the translation of data into clear visualizations for KPI monitoring. * Fulfilling data requests, supporting analyses that inform product and business decisions. * Preparing operational and managerial reports on KPIs and team metrics, contributing to business performance tracking. * Developing and refining SQL queries for user behavior and experience analysis, as well as supporting financial analysis of products. * Conducting data investigations following defined guidelines and methodologies. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required Qualifications:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Prior experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAS, Cubo, etc. * Familiarity with creating SLA and KPI monitoring reports. * Basic knowledge of programming languages SQL, R, and Python, and understanding of appropriate chart types for different monitoring scenarios. * Analytical ability and logical reasoning to structure analyses with actionable recommendations. * Strong communication skills for presenting results. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of credit operations and data modeling. * Experience working in financial institutions. * Experience preparing structured materials presenting insights derived from data. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and food voucher. * Health and dental insurance. * Life insurance. * Birthday Day Off. * Baby On Board and Nursing Room. * Extended parental leave. * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities. * Wellhub and Inter Running Group. * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course. * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet. * Inter Prime Card. * Internal training and development programs. **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer.
