Participation in digitalization and automation projects **About the Position** ====================== **Job Objective:** Perform control and integration of commercial operations with a focus on customer service. Promote continuous process improvement, follow\-up, and support order segmentation channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter orders of types such as bulk packaging, fractional orders, repackaging, samples, and/or orders with special service conditions, as well as regular orders. * Execute pricing routine programming, training, and documentation for the commercial team. * Develop statistical models related to commercial activities. * Register customers in the ERP system. * Manage internal commercial freight requests. * Attend dispatch meetings. * Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on process digitalization and automation. * Update and create departmental KPIs. **Mandatory Requirements:** Intermediate English; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or Economics. **Working at Höganäs** ---------------------- We aim to offer a great and meaningful place to work where you can fulfill your potential and ambitions.
