Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and efficient Senior QA Engineer to perform manual testing and automation using Playwright and Cypress, supporting the web marketing team of a gaming company. We deliver digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, etc.), with offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Opportunity Overview:** * We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to support the web marketing team of a gaming company. Currently, the team relies heavily on manual testing and is actively expanding automation coverage. The ideal candidate is agile, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Execute manual test cycles for new features and releases; * Maintain and evolve existing E2E and smoke test suites in Cypress; * Build visual regression and E2E test coverage using Playwright (the primary automation growth initiative); * Participate in CI pipeline improvements related to testing; * Contribute to test strategy and coverage planning; * Report and track defects with clear, reproducible steps. **Required Skills:** * Solid experience automating E2E tests using Playwright; * Experience with Cypress for executing and maintaining E2E, smoke, and visual regression tests; * Strong proficiency in TypeScript applied to test automation; * Hands-on experience with visual regression testing and screenshot comparison; * Experience with visual regression testing tools and strategies, including Playwright and Cypress; * Experience with manual testing of web applications; * Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari/WebKit); * Experience validating responsive applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile; * Experience validating content in CMS platforms, preferably Contentful; * Knowledge of accessibility testing and WCAG compliance. **What You’ll Find at GX2:** * Original content hub segmented by knowledge tracks (AI, QA, Agility, UX/UI Design, Product, Software Development); * Monthly talks focused on soft skills development; * Culture of care for people and mental health; * Mental health and wellbeing platform; * GX2 Follow Up: Individual monthly check-ins focused on wellbeing and professional development. **A Message from GX2:** This opportunity is open to all interested individuals.
