Job Summary: We are seeking Assistants to join our team and work on a logistics project for one of the leading players in Brazil's oil market. Key Highlights: 1. This role is essential to meet the needs of one of the leading players in Brazil's oil market, within a logistics project. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Scheduling transportation services. * Issuing transport invoices for goods, equipment, materials, and services. * Recording transport invoices, CT-e (Electronic Freight Transport Receipts), and other documents. * Adjusting protocols and creating inbound reservations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Education: high school diploma or technical certification! **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in business areas or operational aspects related to the oil and gas industry. * Knowledge of tax legislation. * MS Office. * SAP. **HERE TO DARE** **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Some of our benefits are flexible, allowing you to allocate them according to your needs, interests, and life stage.
