This role blends solid technical execution with a strong sense of ownership over delivered outcomes: you not only write code but also strive to understand the underlying problem behind each requirement. We seek a candidate with a strong technical foundation who already has hands-on development experience and aims to gain greater autonomy—contributing high-quality work even in more challenging contexts. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Enhance and evolve the system * Conduct code analysis to identify bugs or performance improvements * Support creation of the production environment configuration plan for clients (Cutover) * Implement features according to received technical specifications * Provide technical support and guidance to other team members * Draft or assist in scoping and estimating small enhancements * Respond to client tickets, providing support and clarifying questions * Identify and log issues, ensuring clear communication with the team * Perform and document tests for assigned tasks * Develop complex scripts, database structures, routines, and functions * Estimate development hours required for incoming tasks * Adhere to quality standards related to coding, customer service, and systems * Deliver implementations within the estimated timeframe **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** ---------------------------- * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields * Experience writing unit tests using C\#. xUnit and FakeItEasy * Experience in software development * Experience with .NET (C\#) * Experience debugging production code * Experience with architectural patterns (e.g., DDD) * Experience with Grafana or similar tools * Experience developing REST APIs * Experience with relational databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL) * Familiarity with Git and source code versioning #### **Profile and competencies:** * Analytical mindset * Collaborative working style * Willingness to solve technical challenges in legacy systems * Proactive attitude with ownership and accountability * Clear, objective, respectful verbal and written communication skills, actively listening to all perspectives #### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of Docker * Knowledge of Vue JS / JavaScript * Knowledge of GIS map server consumption * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Proficiency in Spanish and English * We seek candidates comfortable working in an AI-driven environment and who understand how AI can enhance productivity, code quality, and customer value delivery.
