Senior Kotlin Backend Developer

FCamara is seeking a Senior Kotlin Backend Developer to work in partnership with Brazil's leading digital bank, awarded by popular vote at the 4th edition of the CanalTech Award. A company offering a comprehensive digital banking platform with products such as a free account, personalized credit card, and fixed-income and variable-income investment options. **Responsibilities and duties** * Focus on the developed product across its entire lifecycle (from feature conception through maintenance); * Provision of services related to the product; * Resolution of technical issues (bugs/incidents/analyses); * Adherence to client-defined policies and processes; * Writing unit, functional, and performance tests following team guidelines; * Resolving production issues impacting customers; * Instrumenting applications for performance metrics, operational logs, and telemetry collection. **Requirements and qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Kotlin programming language; * Spring framework; * Software development best practices — TDD, DDD, and Clean Code; * Agile practices/frameworks: SCRUM and KANBAN; * Virtual server instantiation on AWS (SQS, S3\); * Databases: MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis; * Implementation of unit tests; * Git Flow version control methodology. * Event-driven architecture **Soft Skills:** * Clear and concise communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution ability; * Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision diverse application usage scenarios. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with Docker containerization platform; * Experience with JavaScript; * Experience with Apigee platform **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, side-by-side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
