Job Summary: The Training Specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing and delivering technical training, managing the LMS platform, and driving knowledge development for both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: **What we seek for this Training Specialist position** Identify technical training needs for products: script creation, presentation, content development, and training for internal and external audiences. Develop in-person or e-learning technical training, delivered considering various consumption formats (desktop platform, tablets, or smartphones). Monitor student and instructor performance indicators to support efforts in enhancing departmental performance. Manage the entire training infrastructure within the LMS tool. Drive knowledge and development for NDD employees and partners’ employees through product-focused learning content. Define individual and business outcomes to be achieved from the learning experience. Apply content curation practices, following methodologies that enable selection of the optimal learning experience method for specific content. Create and maintain the company’s technical certification questions, and be responsible for NDD product training and certification processes. Support the development of training calendars, room scheduling, registrations, and other resources required for content delivery. Act as an agent of continuous innovation and advocate for the importance of training, staying updated on learning trends, interactive learning pathways, and use of data to demonstrate training impact. Rewrite and revise content according to learning needs. Support the creation of supplementary materials (videos, graphics, slides, audio for e-learning). Adapt materials from one format to another.
