The Quality Reviewer must ensure that products, services, or documents comply with established standards by performing visual, physical, and technical inspections. They identify deviations, document non-conformities, and release final products, thereby ensuring technical compliance, error reduction, and end-customer satisfaction. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Technical Inspection: Conduct meticulous examinations (visual and dimensional) of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Compliance: Verify that products meet technical specifications, internal standards, and quality regulations. * Recordkeeping and Reporting: Document inspection results, report non-conformities to management, and propose corrective actions. * Equipment Operation: Use measurement instruments and tools for compliance testing. * Process Control: Monitor production stages to prevent failures and ensure final product compliance. * Release Authorization: Approve shipment of approved products and hold products failing to meet criteria. **Desired Profile:** * Competencies: Meticulousness, attention to detail, analytical mindset, organization, and accountability. * Skills: Knowledge of quality tools, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in using measurement instruments. * Education: Technical high school diploma or bachelor's degree in production, engineering, or fields related to the inspected product.
