




Job Summary: Responsible for quality inspection and control, audits, manufacturing support, and document management to ensure product and process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct visual inspection and quality control of parts in the factory 2. Monitor product and process audits 3. Provide manufacturing support in handling quality failures Requirements: \- Technical education in Quality; \- Experience as a Quality Auditor (metallurgical industry preferred); \- Knowledge of drawing reading and interpretation; \- Basic metrology knowledge (caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and dimensional report interpretation); \- Knowledge of quality tools; Responsibilities * Conduct visual inspection and quality control of parts in the factory; verify part dimensions within the production process; * Conduct and monitor product and process audits (escalated audits); manage measuring instruments within the production process; * Track parts and/or materials related to supplier quality failures; * Train and instruct personnel and perform other activities relevant to the quality system; * Manage documents, records, and distribution of the quality management system; monitor and provide relevant information to the system; * Support manufacturing in handling quality failures, containment actions, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with product, process, and customer requirements; * Perform, monitor, and ensure rework under control; * Perform, monitor, and ensure the flow of NOK parts within the production process, including the red zone; * Perform other quality-related activities; carry out additional related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor.
