Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring quality, preventing waste, preventing fraud, and guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and costs in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Prevents overbilling and advance payments in construction projects 2. Verifies compliance of materials and construction techniques 3. Ensures workplace safety and environmental regulations **Work Location:** Passo Fundo or Campinas (On-site) The primary responsibility is to ensure quality, prevent waste, prevent fraud (especially in public works), and guarantee adherence to deadlines and costs. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that services paid to the contractor were actually performed, avoiding overbilling or advance payments for unperformed services; * Analysis of Projects and Budgets; * Verify that applied materials and construction techniques comply with requirements, preventing substitution with inferior-quality materials; * Monitor adherence to delivery deadlines; * Ensure that the project complies with workplace safety and environmental regulations; * Issuance of Technical Reports and Assessments: Produce technical documents recording irregularities and recommending corrective actions. **Requirements:** * Experience in this role; * Availability to work on-site; * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor)** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
