Decision-making and direct reporting to management A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Store Supervisor in Natal (Downtown). RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Manage store operations. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Lead and supervise the service delivery by all employees assigned to the store. Assist in organizing, controlling, and distributing all tasks among store employees under supervision. Assist in controlling merchandise flow within the store. Monitor the use of machines and equipment available in the store. Recommend replacement of defective machines and equipment, as well as oversee their respective repairs or replacements. Specify products and equipment to be procured. Represent the store before administrative and judicial authorities regarding any issues occurring therein. Assist in receiving and releasing merchandise. Impose disciplinary actions on employees of stores under supervision. Act, when designated by Management or Direction, as a legal representative in judicial proceedings of any nature. Report employee absences and inappropriate conduct under supervision. Evaluate employee performance under supervision and recommend disciplinary sanctions or contract terminations. Attend performance evaluation and operational adjustment meetings with employees under supervision. Oversee cash register closings. Be responsible for collecting cash proceeds and forwarding them to the treasury department. Be responsible for customer interactions within the scope of store departments under supervision. Report directly to Management and/or Direction in cases exceeding one's authority or when appropriate authorization and/or guidance is deemed necessary. Perform other tasks assigned by management related to the role. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Coordinator, Sales Team Leader, or Customer Service Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
