Job Summary: Professional responsible for various activities in the butcher department, including receiving, organizing, handling food, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace and cold room organization and hygiene **Responsibilities** * Receiving goods, organizing department stock in cold rooms, food handling, producing marinated items and self-service trays, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, cleaning and organizing the department, and providing customer service/sales * Setting up refrigerated and frozen counters and islands with various cuts of meat according to pre-established quality standards to facilitate sales. * Providing direct customer service at the butcher counter, including cutting, grinding, and weighing, to serve customers effectively. * Assisting in separating products from the area and placing them into appropriate containers, such as ground meat, chicken cuts, sliced steaks, ribs, and roasted meats; weighing, pricing, and displaying them for sale. * Updating prices on the butcher price list as instructed. * Keeping meat pieces inside cold rooms organized to create space for newly arriving items. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace, including cleaning counters and cold rooms, to prevent accidents and proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., ensuring required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed Elementary School; * 6-day workweek with fixed weekly day off; * Availability to work from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM; * No prior experience required; **What We Offer:** * On-site meal (Free); * Transportation allowance; * 20% discount on fruits and vegetables purchased at Oba Supermarkets; * Exclusive offers for employees; * Free telemedicine and telepsychology services; * Payroll-deductible loan; * New Value Benefits Club; * Optional Medical Assistance (co-payment); * Optional Dental Assistance; * SESC Agreement (access to gym, multiple sports, and holiday resorts); * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Pharmacy Agreements: Droga Raia and Drogasil.
