**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate mechanical workshop operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and safety regulations;
* Plan, monitor, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for heavy-duty vehicles;
* Manage technical teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering employee development;
* Ensure accurate diagnosis of mechanical failures and high-quality execution of services;
* Control maintenance schedules, fleet availability, and operational KPIs;
* Guarantee proper use of tools, equipment, and other workshop resources;
* Serve as the interface between suppliers, service providers, and internal organizational departments;
* Prepare operational reports, analyze results, and propose improvements focused on cost reduction and enhanced operational efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering, Mechanics, Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel);
* Driver’s license – Category B;
* Solid technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle mechanical maintenance;
* Experience managing mechanical workshops, with expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
* Familiarity with productivity and organizational tools and methodologies;
* Knowledge of operational routines, maintenance processes, and KPI tracking;
* Residency in Rio de Janeiro;
* Willingness to travel, if required.
