As an **Apprentice**, you will assist the Occupational Safety, Quality, and Environment department in administrative activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO** * Manage uniforms and PPE inventory—stock control, receipt, and distribution; * Manage occupational medical examinations; * Manage documentation for third-party contractors involved in high-risk activities; * Support compliance requirements for certifications including ISO 9001:2015, SASSMAQ, OEA, 5Cs, Ecovadis, and SAQ 5\.0; * Assist in compiling departmental KPIs and monitoring quality, occupational safety, and environmental goals and objectives; * Review and standardize documented information within the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Assist in managing and addressing Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Preventive Action Requests (PARs), and intranet-related requests; * Monitor action plans originating from the Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environment departments; * Assist in processes related to public agency licensing issuance and renewal; * Monitor company goals and objectives; * Generate customer satisfaction outlook reports based on KPIs; * Assist in campaigns and events related to Quality and sustainability; * Comply with and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement standards; * Maintain workplace integrity, materials, proper equipment usage, and confidentiality of information; * Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company. * Comply with IMS procedures, company standards, processes, and policies; * Responsible consumption of water and electricity; * Responsible use and disposal of paper; * Comply with and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** **YOU MUST HAVE** * Strong willingness to learn; * Currently enrolled in Elementary or High School; * Basic computer skills; * Organizational skills; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Residing near our branch in Vinhedo\|SP **STEPS TOWARD THE PERFECT MATCH** You must complete several steps to reach the long-awaited YES.
