1\. Job Mission Ensure accuracy in verifying incoming and outgoing goods, guaranteeing that products match orders, quantities, and quality standards required by the company. 2\. Key Responsibilities ✅ Goods Verification Perform inbound and outbound goods verification, checking quantities, codes, volumes, and item conditions. Compare invoices with purchase orders and identify potential discrepancies. Record any inconsistencies and notify the responsible department for correction. ✅ Quality and Storage Control Inspect products for integrity and quality prior to storage or shipment. Ensure products are organized according to storage and safety standards. Maintain proper handling and packaging of goods. ✅ Recordkeeping and Monitoring Update records in the inventory and verification control system. Complete verification reports and document incidents of damage, shortages, or overages. Support inventory counting, assisting in ensuring accuracy of stored products. ✅ Collaboration with Other Departments Work collaboratively with logistics, receiving, shipping, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations. Identify potential process improvements in verification activities to optimize operations.
