Dynamic and collaborative work focused on organization and safety **Job Description – Logistics Operator** We seek an organized, proactive, and committed professional to support the company’s logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in storage, handling, and distribution of goods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate group logistics, performing storage, handling, and distribution of goods. * Plan and monitor routes, manage transportation, and perform deliveries when necessary. * Manage inventory, warehousing, orders, and transportation. * Issue fiscal documents related to logistics operations. * Receive, inspect, handle, store, and distribute goods and materials in warehouses, distribution centers, or sheds. * Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. * Ensure inventory and equipment organization, maintenance, and safety. * Support inventory counts and other operational routines within the department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics operations, distribution centers, or warehouses is desirable. * Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks is a plus. * Forklift operator certification (where applicable). **Desired Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Agility and responsibility. * Ability to work in a team. * Commitment to deadlines and goals. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. * Adaptability to dynamic environments and pressure. *Compensation and Benefits:* * Salary: *R$ 2\.120,00 to R$ 2\.300,00* * Meal allowance: *R$ 300,00* * Transportation allowance * Training and professional development * Career development plan * Employee of the Month Program * Rest area and cafeteria *After Probation Period:* * Wellhub (Gympass) * Starbem * Avus * Bradesco Dental Plan Payment: R$2\.120,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Important: We request that only candidates with prior experience in the activities and requirements described in this job posting apply.
