We are seeking a **Junior Learning Analyst** to join the **People** team in **Valparaíso/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE:** * Plan and execute training logistics for three units—Destivale, Benalcool, and Univalem (scheduling, classes, invitations, attendance lists, venues/facilities, materials, instructors, records, and evidence); * Monitor and control training gaps (legal, institutional, and technical), ensuring visibility, prioritization, and unit-specific action plans; * Operationalize training governance: consolidate demands, optimize class capacity versus audience size, reduce training dispersion, and support data-driven decision-making; * Collaborate with leaders to ensure adherence and deadline compliance, negotiating operational windows and reinforcing business impact; * Monitor and report on key indicators (e.g., attendance rate, no-show rate, backlog, per capita cost, class capacity, logistical productivity); * Support monthly calendar planning and follow-up rituals with units (quick meetings, checkpoints, and alignment sessions); * Ensure information accuracy and timeliness in systems/spreadsheets (records, evidence, lists, certificates), maintaining traceability and compliance; * Support continuous improvement initiatives (standardizing templates, checklists, request/approval workflows, prioritization rules). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience in training/logistics/administrative routines (T&D, operations, CSC, generalist HR, or similar areas); * Comfort working with numbers/spreadsheets; * Experience with LMS/training systems/certificate management is a plus; * Basic understanding of cost and optimization concepts (per capita cost, class consolidation, rework reduction); * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) with minimum Category B; * Mobility to travel between production units in the Araçatuba/SP region; * Willingness to reside in Araçatuba/SP and work full-time onsite during standard business week (44 hours per week, Monday to Friday). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you progress): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion covering daily responsibilities and challenges.
