**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
An authorized technical assistance center in Ribeirão Preto, offering full laboratory repair operations and in-home service across the region. The in-home service line is strategic: it brings the brand directly to the customer’s home and accounts for a significant share of the unit’s total service volume—requiring a well-organized, technically proficient field team with impeccable conduct on-site.
**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
We seek a Technical Assistant to join our field duo delivering in-home service for white goods and brown goods—including televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, and other household appliances. This role goes far beyond carrying parts: the professional serves as the technician’s right-hand person across all stages—preparation, execution, and closure—and holds direct responsibility for route quality, component integrity, and the customer’s experience during the visit.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
***Preparation and Logistics (Start of Shift)***
* Verify the daily delivery manifest: part codes, quantities, and condition of all listed components
* Load the vehicle in an organized and secure manner to prevent damage or loss during transit
* Record departure: time, vehicle odometer reading, and start of route in GPS
* Validate daily routing plan and visit sequence
***During Service Visits***
* Contact the customer 30 minutes prior to confirm the scheduled visit
* Support the technician in diagnosing faults and moving equipment
* Provide physical assistance during service: climbing stairs, holding equipment, and safely handling loads
* Maintain organization of tools and workspace throughout the repair
* Complete the Service Order and capture photographic documentation (before and after) of the repair
* Perform low-complexity repairs under the supervision of the responsible technician (e.g., electronic board replacements, washing machine pump replacements, air conditioner board replacements, and other authorized repairs)
***Wrap-up (End of Shift)***
* Return unused and defective components removed from customers to inventory
* Cross-check returned components against the manifest, formally justifying any discrepancies
* Receive and verify the next day’s delivery manifest
* Organize the vehicle and tools for the following shift
* Record return: final time, odometer reading, and any incidents occurring during the day
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
* **Basic technical knowledge:** in electronics and/or household appliances (technical training, hands-on experience, or willingness to undergo accelerated training)
* **Organized, process-oriented profile:** manages manifests, records, and documentation thoroughly without leaving loose ends
* **Diligence and accountability:** careful handling of components, tools, and company vehicle
* **Safety discipline:** mandatory use of PPE, attention to load handling, and awareness of on-site hazards
* **Availability:** for daily external routes within Ribeirão Preto and surrounding serviced cities
