If you’re fun-loving, slightly unconventional, and feel our values resonate with you, explore our open positions and select one or two that best align with your skills, experience, and interests. *You can learn more about CW on our careers page:* *https://www.inhire.com.br/carreiras\-cardapioweb/**.* **Job Mission**: The Event Advisor is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and promotional events for Cardápio Web, ensuring a positive experience for participants and partners while strengthening the company’s institutional image through well-structured and excellently executed events. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Events, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in event management, production, or logistical support is desirable; * Familiarity with organizational tools and spreadsheets; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational ability, time management, and multitasking capacity; * Assertive communication and strong interpersonal relationships; * Proactivity, agility, and results orientation; * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support logistical and operational event planning; * Liaise with vendors, partners, and participants to align requirements; * Organize support materials, giveaways, and necessary infrastructure to ensure appropriate resources and deliver an excellent audience experience; * Assist in event promotion and communication; * Monitor event execution and provide on-site support to the team during activities; * Help resolve real-time requests and unforeseen issues; * Support schedule control and delivery organization; * Assist in measuring pre- and post-event results (checklists, reports, feedback) to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvements, and inform future decisions; * Conduct travel and relocation to support events held in other locations; * Ensure standardization and quality of the branded event experience. **️ Our Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$26 per workday) * Mobility allowance * Reimbursement for courses and books * Health insurance * Zenklub: Free therapy sessions via the platform * Gympass * CW+ Benefits Club **Additional Information:** **Location:** Av.
