Guidance and development of staff in procedures Provide nursing care while technically supervising the team, performing patient admissions, implementing Nursing Care Systematization, and complying with other clinical protocols. Guide, monitor, and encourage the development of all staff in performing invasive and non-invasive nursing procedures for hospitalized patients (e.g., oral and parenteral medication administration, chemotherapy, nasoenteral feeding, etc.) across various clinical departments. Comply with and ensure compliance with guidelines from the Healthcare-Associated Infection Control Unit (NIRAS) and Occupational Health and Safety regarding precautionary measures, use of personal protective equipment, and NR 32\. Report and manage critical technical and personnel situations involving staff and patients, escalating them to Coordination, Management, and Executive Leadership for decision-making. Daily review of departmental activities, monitoring shift handovers, and making decisions when necessary. Verify adherence to the nursing staff bed assignment schedule and report findings to Coordination and Management. Perform admission of all patients, Nursing Care Systematization, and nursing prescriptions for pre\-determined patients, documenting them on official forms.
