Job Summary: Manage the warehouse, controlling receipt, inventory, and dispatch of materials to ensure product integrity and availability. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving and inspection of materials with suppliers. 2. Inventory control and organization via ERP system. 3. Opportunities for continuous improvement and training. Receive materials delivered by suppliers, verifying invoices against purchase orders, checking quantities, quality, and specifications per procedure. Conduct annual inventory in accordance with the company's overall inventory process to compare against recorded data. * Receive, identify, and verify purchase orders against products delivered by suppliers. * Check the condition and packaging of received products. * Perform technical inspection of received products and materials when they have an EM (Material Specification) or certificates. * Record critical analysis performed during material receipt in the ERP system; this data will be used to evaluate suppliers. * Segregate non-conforming materials and forward necessary information for exchange and/or return processes. * Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, facilitating location and handling. * Fulfill user requests promptly by providing requested materials. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement actions guided by the Procurement Department. * Control material and product inflows and outflows from the warehouse in the ERP system, as well as inventory levels through appropriate records noting all entries and exits to facilitate restocking and inventory preparation. * Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase requisitions when necessary to replenish stocked items. * Actively participate in company-provided courses and training programs, applying learned knowledge daily; including occupational gymnastics and all events aimed at preserving employee health. * Perform assigned tasks and those directed by supervisors, following established procedures and ITS. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Enter invoices into the ERP system for both product purchases and customer returns, shipments, etc. * Verify and validate invoice entries in the system before performing any receipt or dispatch movement. * Maintain confidentiality regarding salary, job title adjustments, and information related to projects, products, and processes developed within the company, as well as economic, financial, and commercial strategies known to the employee;
