Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, databases, networking, and partnerships). Support managers in defining ideal candidate profiles and conducting technical and behavioral interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Monitor recruitment and selection metrics (average time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire). Collaborate on diversity, internship, trainee, and talent development programs. Manage recruitment processes across multiple hierarchical levels (operational, technical, and administrative).
