Job Summary: This role involves overseeing pedagogical routines, supporting teachers, managing events, and providing individual student assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and execution of pedagogical events **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise the pedagogical routines of teaching staff and interns * Organize teachers' schedules and provide service to internal and external stakeholders * Provide ongoing pedagogical support to teachers * Develop spreadsheets and reports based on performance indicators * Manage conflicts among teachers assertively and strategically * Conduct individual follow-up with students facing difficulties, expressing dissatisfaction, or absenting themselves * Plan, organize, and execute school-based pedagogical events **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in English Language or Pedagogy, with English fluency (minimum B2 level) * Minimum 2 years of experience as a pedagogical coordinator * Flexible availability regarding working hours **What we offer:** * Competitive salary + transportation allowance (VT) * Career development plan.
