Plan and conduct training sessions for the teaching staff We seek a **Pedagogical Coordinator** to oversee academic management at the institution, ensuring teaching quality, supporting teachers in their pedagogical development, and promoting innovative practices. The professional will be responsible for integrating pedagogical and administrative processes, always with a focus on educational excellence. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate, monitor, and guide teachers' pedagogical work. * Ensure implementation and compliance with the institution's pedagogical project. * Plan and conduct meetings, training sessions, and capacity-building activities for the teaching staff. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage). * Prior experience as a teacher and/or in pedagogical coordination. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Organization, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. * **Fluency in English (mandatory).** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Pedagogical coordination (Mandatory)
