If you are proactive, communicative, committed to results, and enjoy working in a team, join our team! **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** 6 hours per day | Rotating 6x1 schedule **Working Hours:** Afternoon and Night **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide students during muscle training sessions, ensuring correct exercise execution; * Design and/or adjust training programs according to each student’s needs and profile; * Ensure the organization and proper use of muscle training equipment; * Promote a motivating and safe environment for physical activity; * Collaborate with the team to build a positive experience for students. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. * Active registration with CREF (Regional Council of Physical Education) * Proven experience in muscle training. * Knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics. * Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * VIP free training access at network gyms; * 24-hour Telemedicine (emergencies and consultations with specialists); * Salary advance; * Performance bonus; * Career development plan; * Christmas basket; * Year-end celebration; * Waiver of fee for acting as a personal trainer at the unit.
