An independent family-owned enterprise committed to maximizing global integration, thereby achieving world-class competitiveness excellence. **Job Description** * Analyze efficiency data from assembly lines and labor utilization, defining and monitoring action plans jointly with factory supervision; * Support production with data-driven analyses collected hourly, especially at EOL (End of Line), proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Actively participate in internal and customer failure analyses using the 8D methodology, collaborating with cross-functional problem-solving teams; * Conduct time studies and chronometric analyses to continuously improve assembly processes; * Perform process capability studies and risk analyses (FMEA); * Adjust and optimize process parameters on assembly equipment, such as torque-controlled screwdrivers, PLCs, characteristic report (Clock) devices, and other production equipment; * Plan, implement, and sustain improvements in mechanical assembly processes; * Evaluate the technical feasibility of new products, processes, and production changes; * Support the introduction of new equipment, tools, and technologies onto the production line; * Manage the introduction of new products into the production process (industrialization); * Monitor and optimize performance indicators of assembly lines; * Develop and maintain work instructions and technical process documentation; * Ensure process compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and internal guidelines; * Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (RACE, Lean Basics). **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with mechatronic assembly processes; * Knowledge of production process improvement; * SAP knowledge; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Availability to work in Cravinhos \- SP.** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18, with a one-hour break. **BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance with Co-payment; Dental Assistance (optional); Meal Voucher; On-site Meal; Life Insurance; Transportation Voucher; PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (subject to goal achievement); Childcare Assistance; CITIZEN COMPANY: Extended maternity and paternity leave.
