Selection process includes a didactic-pedagogical evaluation The Amazonas University Center\- Unama Ananindeua, located at BR\-316 Highway, KM 03 S/N, Coqueiro District, Ananindeua \- PA, hereby announces to all interested parties that applications are open for the selection process aimed at filling faculty positions. **Requirements:** Candidates must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; and a Doctorate, Master's, or Specialist degree. **Available Programs:** The following programs are open for faculty selection: * CIVIL ENGINEERING: CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR CONCRETE AND MORTAR **Selection Process:** Evaluation of the candidate's Lattes Curriculum will be eliminatory, considering the following criteria: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural production; c) Professional updating; d) Teaching experience. Additionally, the selection process comprises: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the discipline, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions addressing specific knowledge; II) A didactic-pedagogical evaluation consisting of a 20-minute expository lecture. For this evaluation, candidates will be informed in advance of the specific topics drawn from the course syllabus. Both the didactic-pedagogical evaluation and the interview are classification-based. Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements established during the Lattes Curriculum evaluation, following the interview, will proceed to this phase.
