Our entire technological ecosystem is developed in-house: * Proprietary fleet management, maintenance, and customer support systems; * Cloud-native architecture from day one, focused on best practices and modern technologies. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain backend services, ensuring scalability and performance; * Collaborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to define scope, always prioritizing the best customer experience; * Monitor, identify, and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues in both built and consumed backend services; * Create and enhance observability metrics to ensure application stability and efficient monitoring; * Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code, applying development best practices. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong expertise with **5 years of experience in Node.js and NestJS**; * Willingness to code in .NET (and learn the stack if not yet familiar); * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; * Knowledge of relational and in-memory databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.); * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.); * Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Keycloak, etc.); ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture; * Experience with .NET; * Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and testing experience; * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps, with hands-on experience using Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with messaging and asynchronous queues (RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub, etc.); * Knowledge of automated testing and best practices in TDD/BDD; * Experience developing applications in fintech.
