Responsibilities/Activities: * Receive import requests, request quotations, and submit purchase orders; * Follow up on orders with suppliers; * Obtain international freight quotations, analyze options, and present the most cost-effective solution; * Send customs clearance instructions to the customs broker; * Keep purchase orders updated in the system; * Issue import and export invoices; * Quote and contract road transportation; communicate internal customers regarding the status of imports; * Perform import and export closing procedures; receive export orders and forward them to PCP; * Keep customers informed about the estimated readiness date. Requirements: * Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade; * Basic knowledge of NCM (Nomenclature of Mercosur) analysis; * Language: Advanced English and basic Spanish; * Experience: Knowledge and hands-on experience in Foreign Trade routines. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
