Development of knowledge in biosafety and professional ethics **POSITION:** NURSING INTERNSHIP \- TECHNICAL OR GRADUATE LEVEL **STIPEND:** 800.00 **TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE:** AS REQUIRED **SCHEDULE:** 6:00 AM TO 11:00 AM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, OR **SCHEDULE:** 5:00 PM TO 10:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY * **Patient Care:** Measure vital signs, assist in medication administration (under supervision), prepare patients for exams and procedures, perform simple dressings, and ensure patient comfort and hygiene. * **Supervision and Learning:** Observe nurses during complex procedures and participate in meetings and clinical case discussions to gain professional experience and knowledge. * **Administrative Tasks:** Organize supplies, maintain the work environment, and assist with various administrative controls. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with nurses and other team members, demonstrating good physical condition, patience, and eagerness to learn. * **Knowledge Requirements:** Basic nursing knowledge, precautionary measures, biosafety, and professional ethics. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Proactive, curious, communicative, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a team. * **Personal Qualities:** Punctual, responsible, physically fit, and demonstrating confidence and competence in practice.
