Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you—however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Provide administrative and operational support to the routines of the New Channels Management, ensuring organization, agility, and accuracy in internal tasks, while acting as the department’s focal point at external events—representing the institution in person at companies, associations, trade fairs, and other activities within the B2B, Affiliate, and MGM channels. This role requires dynamism, strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and availability for frequent travel. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize the schedule, tasks, documents, and administrative workflows of the New Channels Management; * Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal controls; * Update spreadsheets, systems, and databases related to the B2B and Affiliate channels; * Support the preparation of materials for training sessions, meetings, and executive presentations; * Manage the receipt and dispatch of information among internal departments, units, and partner campuses. * External Activities – Event Representation: * Serve as the management’s on-site support at external events: corporate actions, trade fairs, educational events, SIPATs, presentations, and activations; * Organize materials, set up infrastructure, and ensure proper execution of on-site activities; * Provide on-site visitor assistance during events—including product presentations, lead collection, and recording of relevant information; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Professional Experience:** * Prior experience in administrative routines and/or customer service; * Experience in events, operational support, or commercial areas will be considered an advantage. * Clear verbal communication and professional demeanor suitable for event participation; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management; **Education:** Completed High School; **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon–Fri), 220 hours/month **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Pharmacy Benefit, Total Pass, Study Grants—two study grants (Undergraduate/Postgraduate)—after 3 months of experience, you or your dependent (spouse or children) may begin studying with us; Life Insurance; Birthday Day Off.
