Entering the workforce is challenging, and to encourage youth and adolescents in this process, we are collecting resumes to build a talent pool. In addition to developing professional competencies, you will earn income and receive support from a team embodying a culture grounded in ethics, respect, empathy, professionalism, customer focus, and collaboration. WHAT DOES AN APPRENTICE YOUTH DO? The Program enables work across various departments, focusing on administrative routines. Here are some activities: * Customer service; * Organizing documents and information; * Procuring materials; * Archiving documents, classifying them according to appropriate criteria for storage and preservation; * Providing switchboard services, updating databases, and preparing statistics; * Assisting with administrative activities across various departments. PREREQUISITES: * Age between 15 and 18 years old * Initiative, problem-solving ability, and proactivity * Basic computer skills * Completed or currently enrolled in high school WHAT WE OFFER: * Administrative Assistant course; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Family relationships do not disqualify an Apprentice Youth candidate, provided they do not work in the same department or under hierarchical relationships.
