Development and delivery of technical and behavioral training We seek a Training and Development Analyst to strategically support people development, strengthen organizational culture, and enhance team performance—particularly within the store environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, implement, and monitor the **organizational climate survey**, analyze results, and propose action plans; * Develop, organize, and deliver **technical and behavioral training**; * Support **people development**, assisting leadership in team growth; * Design, monitor, and track **in-store action plans**, ensuring execution and results; * Create and maintain up-to-date **job descriptions and role profiles**, aligned with company strategy; * Support managers on topics related to performance, engagement, and capability building. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Training and Development; * Knowledge of organizational climate surveys and action planning; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; * Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams and leadership. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail or store environments; * Experience with T&D metrics and leadership development; * Familiarity with performance evaluation and employee engagement tools.
