Our **Marketing** team is looking for a **Junior CRM Analyst**, focused on channels, to operate marketing, relationship, and product campaigns across CRM channels. Your focus will be managing CRM channel operations—coordinating simultaneous campaigns, defining priorities, and tracking schedules—to ensure excellence in customer communications. No problem—we support **remote/home office work**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Be responsible for operating CRM channels (E\-mail, WhatsApp, Push, and In\-product); * Manage and receive briefing requests from CRM and Product Marketing teams; * Review and ensure briefing completeness for content creation; * Organize requests in the content creation schedule for production and design; * Accelerate execution of requests within SLA, monitoring approval deadlines and asset releases; * Support development of segmentation logic on CRM platforms; * Generate and monitor UTM creation, ensuring campaign analysis efficiency; * Schedule campaigns on communication platforms (Hubspot, Twilio, User Guiding, and Firebase); * Manage the dispatch calendar, define priorities, and ensure communication effectiveness; * Support building performance reports for CRM and Product Marketing campaigns; * Monitor channel performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and hard bounces; * Support contact database management and cleansing; * Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Practical experience in CRM channel management; * Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, Firebase, User Guiding, and/or Twilio; * Ability to collaborate and support other departments effectively; * Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills; * Agile and autonomous profile, capable of proactively managing diverse tasks. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in Fintechs or Financial Institutions **Additional information** * 8-hour daily work schedule (Monday to Friday — Saturdays are not compensated); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for billing, payments, receivables advance, and serve over 200,000 customers—including self-employed professionals, microentrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
