You will be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer service—with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success at every step. **Job Objective:** Assume a senior role in Human Resources Operations in Brazil, primarily focusing on onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, and system transactions, as well as providing direct support to payroll processes—ensuring legal compliance, operational excellence, and high-quality service to employees. **Detailed Description:** Execute and coordinate onboarding and offboarding routines, including document verification, system entries, statutory deadlines, and coordination with internal departments and vendors. Perform and validate HR transactions in the Dayforce system, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee master, contractual, and functional data. Provide payroll support by reviewing inputs, resolving inconsistencies, assisting with monthly closings, and responding to audits. Serve as the technical point of contact for questions regarding HR operational processes, internal policies, and Brazilian labor legislation. Ensure correct application of Brazilian labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and corporate policies in HR processes. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring information organization, traceability, and reliability. Maintain controls, reports, and KPIs related to HR operations, contributing to continuous process improvement. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment of practices, standards, and timelines. Support employees via ticketing system, phone, and chat at all times **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. Solid senior-level experience in HR Operations in Brazil. Experience in onboarding, offboarding, HR system transactions, and payroll support. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation. Advanced English proficiency, with written and verbal communication skills suitable for a global corporate environment. Payroll processing, social charges, and statutory obligations. Experience with HR systems, data management tools, and ticketing systems.
