Join us in writing our history and building our future.** Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **Senior Data Engineer with GCP expertise** to work on a strategic initiative within our *Center of Excellence (CoE)* for Risk and Controls. The main objective is to automate data validation processes, reducing manual analytical effort and accelerating the implementation of new performance indicators. Key Responsibilities * **Pipeline (ETL/ELT) Development:** Build automated pipelines for ingesting 100% of Risk tool data into GCP. * **Data Governance:** Structure and publish governed views in the Analytics layer (BigQuery), ensuring data integrity and quality for downstream consumption. * **Indicator Development:** \* Implement indicators based on complex SQL logic and business rules. * Develop semantic indicators using **LLMs (Large Language Models)** via GCP (Vertex AI) for categorization and analysis of unstructured data. * **Technical Collaboration:** Work directly with the software engineering team to ensure alignment with the company’s architecture and security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Technical Requirements * **Strong GCP Experience:** Proficiency with tools such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer (Airflow), and Dataplex (for governance). * **Data Engineering:** Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data manipulation. * **Generative AI:** Practical experience implementing LLM solutions in Google Cloud environments (e.g., Vertex AI, Model Garden, or API integrations). * **Corporate Environment Experience:** Ability to translate business requirements from Risk/Controls areas into scalable technical solutions.
