Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and duties** Work directly with tribes requiring the development of data pipelines and new dashboards. Essential Technical Requirements * **Solid experience as an Analytics Engineer**, BI Engineer, or similar role. * Minimum proven experience: between 2 and 5 years (mandatory). * **Strong SQL proficiency:** Advanced knowledge of structures, query optimization, and dimensional/relational modeling. * **Advanced experience with DBT:** Professional use in building, testing, and documenting data transformation pipelines. * **Experience with Airflow:** Building, maintaining, and orchestrating complex data pipelines. * **Google Cloud Platform (GCP):** * **Expertise in BigQuery:** In-depth knowledge of performance tuning, cost management, and advanced platform features. * Familiarity with other GCP data services (e.g., Google Cloud Storage). * **Experience with BI/Visualization Platforms:** Proficiency in developing dashboards on the **Looker Platform**. **Requirements and qualifications** Analytical and Consultative Skills * **Consultative mindset:** Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, gather business requirements, and translate them into data solutions. * **Analytical and critical thinking:** Ability to go beyond the "what" (data) and answer the "why" (root-cause analysis), proposing solutions based on insights. * **Documentation and governance:** Strong documentation culture, tagging practices, and promotion of data governance. * **Programming:** Knowledge of **Python** for task automation, custom pipeline development, and/or exploratory analysis. * **Business Metrics Knowledge (Optional):** Familiarity with product metrics (AARRR), marketing metrics (LTV, CAC), or financial metrics. **Additional information** * **100% remote** At Leega, we do not simply deliver lines of code or dashboards.
