Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain, update, and control the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements. * Control, review, and organize IMS documents, such as standards, procedures, instructions, forms, and records. * Monitor performance indicators and report results to relevant departments. * Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, and support external audits. * Investigate internal and external nonconformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Support operational departments in standardizing processes and implementing continuous improvements. * Deliver training related to standards, procedures, and practices of the IMS. * Conduct routine inspections and verifications to identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement. * Track action plans and verify their effectiveness. * Collaborate closely with Production, Safety, Environment, HR, and other departments. * Support processes for obtaining, renewing, and maintaining environmental licenses with regulatory agencies (e.g., CETESB, IBAMA, Fire Department, Federal Police, among others). * Conduct assessments and evaluations of environmental aspects and impacts. * Monitor compliance with current environmental legislation. * Oversee waste disposal in accordance with internal procedures. * Conduct environmental monitoring and prepare technical and managerial reports. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and loss reduction projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Quality, Environmental, Mechanical, Food, or related fields), Administration, Quality Management, or related disciplines. * Knowledge of management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar). * Experience with audits, performance indicators, and document management. 2512250202491934660
