Promotion of training sessions and site visits to improve results **Description:** Provide technical leadership over the team within your area of responsibility, directing tasks, offering guidance and clarifying doubts, while also motivating team members to ensure expected results meet established standards; Coordinate quality committee meetings, lead evaluations of identified issues, and direct actions according to standards, aiming to finalize alternative solutions or resolutions regarding non-conformities; Monitor quality control phase reports and quality review reports, identifying pending items, tracking related follow-ups, and prioritizing actions to facilitate process release and avoid disruptions impacting deliveries; Promote quality-related training sessions, preparing content and scheduling delivery with relevant departments to ensure proper execution of responsibilities in these areas; Visit subcontractors and branch offices when occurrence rates exceed standard thresholds, scheduling targeted visits to align quality processes and improve performance in this regard; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness regulations.
