




Job Summary: This Operations Analyst focuses on structuring, delivering, and optimizing training and onboarding for partners, maintaining up-to-date instructional materials, and administering the LMS. Administer learning paths in the LMS and monitor engagement. **Operations Analyst \- Training (Onboarding)** Yolo Recruit, in partnership with its client — a multinational fintech — is seeking: **Operations Analyst with focus on Training** **Responsibilities:** * Structure the onboarding process, training programs, and continuous capacity-building initiatives for partners. * Track the onboarding status of each partner, ensuring timely completion of training. * Deliver live training sessions (via videoconference) to new partners. * Maintain training content (videos and presentations) updated in accordance with product and process changes. * Produce or coordinate new instructional materials, ensuring clarity and relevance to the target audience. * Administer learning paths in the LMS, monitoring engagement and course completion rates. * Continuously map, document, and optimize the onboarding process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite. * Experience structuring and delivering training, preferably in onboarding processes. * Experience with LMS platforms is a plus. * English and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
