JUNIOR QUALITY ANALYST

**Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Ensure quality and compliance of processes with internal legislation, standards, and customer specifications. Provide support and training on area processes, as well as ensure, control, and maintain updated internal procedures. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed bachelor's degree * Experience with quality management systems * Good communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail * Experience in developing and reviewing procedures and work instructions **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Promote and contribute to adherence to the Quality Policy through preparation and distribution of materials, presentations, and awareness activities, aiming to engage all organizational areas. * Comply with HSE, Asset Security, and Quality requirements. * Ensure maintenance of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement of its effectiveness. * Monitor and communicate quality objectives, contributing to achievement of established targets. * Follow up on recommendations issued to audited areas, verifying implementation of adopted corrective actions. * Manage open quality notifications within operations. * Manage pest control processes and monitor related surveillance activities. * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, guaranteeing compliance with corporate quality programs. * Ensure implementation and maintenance of the 5S Program and the Area Owners Program, where applicable. * Update and monitor indicators, as well as issue reports tracking corrective and preventive actions. * Share responsibility for supporting and attending internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with the Document Control process. * Support development and review of procedures and Work Instructions (WIs), and conduct gemba walks in operations to identify risks in processes and areas. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
