Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategic and operational treasury management across Latin America, ensuring liquidity, efficient resource allocation, and appropriate financial risk management. Acts as the focal point for consolidated cash flow, with strong interfaces with accounting, banks, and headquarters, while supporting decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance indicators. The role also involves process standardization, development of controls, and utilization of analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy of information. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Manage the company’s cash and financial resources in Latin America, ensuring liquidity and efficient capital allocation.
* Consolidate and manage cash flow (budget, actual, and forecast), including variance analysis and continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.
* Manage working capital, ensuring control and optimization of cash, accounts payable and receivable, advances, and debt.
* Conduct monthly treasury closing jointly with accounting, ensuring reconciliations, balance consistency, and accurate accounting entries (including foreign exchange rate variation recording).
* Manage financial operations, including investments, financial contracts, intercompany loan controls, and internal debt (loan) management with headquarters, covering interest, charges, and reporting.
* Engage with financial institutions, negotiating terms, contracting products (including insurance and guarantees), and identifying country-appropriate solutions.
* Coordinate foreign exchange operations, including information gathering, contract execution, and regulatory compliance.
* Develop and monitor treasury KPIs, preparing management reports and proposing improvements.
* Implement automation and BI solutions, developing dashboards and enhancing information efficiency and transparency.
* Administer corporate cards and the T\&E system, including policy management, user support, training, and operational control.
* Support and guide team analysts, contributing to team development and process improvement.
* Operate with a high degree of autonomy, responsible for understanding, structuring, and evolving departmental processes, proactively seeking information and solutions.
Qualifications:
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields)
* Experience with financial statements, financial risk management, cash management, investment analysis, financial regulations, banking and financial institution relationships, financial instruments, financial analysis, and economic scenarios;
* Intermediate English and Spanish (autonomy required in both languages)
* Advanced Excel.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Postgraduate degree in Finance;
* Experience with LATAM clients;
* SAP ERP system experience in FI/CO modules;
* Power BI.
