




Job Summary: Human Resources professional responsible for managing and implementing training and development programs, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with institutional objectives, as well as administering the scholarship program. Administration of the scholarship program Description: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of standard training procedures is required; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Conduct needs assessments for employee training and development, analyze actual requirements, and propose specific training initiatives to control expenditures on training not aligned with institutional goals; * Support institutional units in internal training programs by arranging registrations, notifications, venues, instructors, and supporting materials; * Deliver and conduct training sessions to reach a larger number of employees and reduce training costs; * Evaluate training outcomes and application together with requestors to measure effectiveness and learning application; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and refresher training for existing staff, clarifying institutional policies, HR policies, mission, vision, and values so that employees understand their rights and responsibilities; * Administer the existing scholarship program, monitoring paid monthly installments, employee attendance, and academic performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms; * Perform other duties relevant to this position. 2512250202491906963
