We are looking for a professional to manage and fully support insurance claims processes, ensuring a clear, human, and welcoming experience for policyholders and other stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the innovation pipeline, from idea generation to concept validation. * Conduct market research, trend analysis, benchmarking, and customer insights analysis. * Assist in developing value propositions, customer personas, and customer journey maps. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation initiatives. * Organize and maintain backlogs and progress reports for initiatives. * Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and pitches with internal stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, or principles of Design Thinking. * Familiarity with market research tools and data analysis, including Excel/Google Sheets. * Proficiency in creating and organizing materials using PowerPoint/Google Slides. * Currently enrolled in Administration, Innovation Management, Business Management, or Data Science. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance (Bradesco); * Dental Insurance (Sulamérica); * Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher; * Birthday Leave.
