To continue delivering an exceptional experience from the very first customer interaction, we are seeking an **Ongoing Analyst** to join our Customer Success team. **Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor the portfolio of active customers; * Track engagement, solution adoption, and account health; * Identify churn risks and proactively act to retain customers; * Conduct periodic review meetings and strategic alignment sessions; * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Commercial team; * Deliver training and guidance to increase solution adoption; * Prepare monitoring and portfolio evolution reports; * Strategically support contract renewals; * Assist in developing materials, best practices, and success stories. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, relationship management, or portfolio management; * Background in Customer Success, customer relationship management, or retention; * Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings effectively; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with systems, CRMs, and monitoring tools; * Ability to adapt continuously to change, new processes, and dynamic environments; * Interest in and engagement with current technological trends—especially the use and application of Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, customer relationships, and experience; * Proactive profile with strong time management and interpersonal skills.
