Description
The Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for controlling and reconciling the company's accounts receivable, ensuring proper billing and collection of amounts due. In addition, they assist in customer credit analysis and identification of potential delinquencies, contributing to the organization's financial health.
* Perform bank reconciliation of accounts receivable, verifying possible discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
* Collect payments from delinquent customers, negotiating payment terms and conditions to resolve outstanding balances.
* Analyze customers' financial health by reviewing their payment history and credit standing to support decisions regarding credit terms and credit limits.
* Prepare management reports tracking the cash flow of accounts receivable, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to align collection strategies and ensure process efficiency.
* Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures, contributing to continuous activity improvement.
* Maintain contact with customers to clarify doubts, provide invoice and payment information, and ensure a positive, trustworthy relationship.
* Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing improvements in accounts receivable controls, aiming for operational efficiency and risk reduction.
