Collaboration in agile methodology environments Job Description We are seeking a Quality Analyst focused on test automation who will directly engage in the analysis, development, enhancement, and maintenance of automation processes (RPAs), ensuring delivery quality in complex environments. On a daily basis, you will lead test execution activities, collaborate in review meetings, identify and escalate QA issues, and guide others on correct processes. Under supervision, you will be responsible for creating test matrices and automated scripts, always focusing on translating business needs into your work. Together we do what matters. Qualifications Skills and experience: * Experience with Selenium (C#) for test automation. * Experience with JMeter and Grafana (K6) for performance testing and monitoring. * Solid knowledge of Salesforce (testing and automation). * Experience in test case design, validation, and evidence generation. * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Database knowledge (queries and validations).
