Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and evaluate internal control tests applied to processes, products, and services, analyzing deficiencies and proposing improvements and action plans to mitigate risks; * Support business areas in structuring and enhancing effective internal controls aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements; * Prepare technical reports, opinions, and executive presentations to support management, audit, and regulatory bodies; * Contribute to the evolution of the internal controls methodology, definition of indicators and measurement models, as well as monitoring and updating internal regulations; * Assess impacts of regulatory changes, implement necessary adjustments, and promote internal controls culture through training and technical support to teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Production Engineering, Law, or related fields; * Experience with internal control frameworks such as COSO or similar; * Experience executing internal control tests applied to processes, products, and services; * Familiarity with regulations governing the Brazilian Financial System; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written; **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** Caring for people lies at the heart of everything we do.
