The ideal candidate will be an experienced software developer with leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating the team, as well as collaborating with other departments to achieve product and company goals. Responsibilities: * Lead the technical development team, providing guidance and support on architecture, design, and implementation of solutions. * Ensure the team follows best development practices, such as coding standards, testing, and continuous integration. * Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well understood and translated into technical solutions. * Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. * Plan and oversee the system’s technical evolution, making decisions regarding architecture and technology selection. * Identify and resolve complex technical problems, always seeking the best solution for the team and the product. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, operations) to align deliveries with product objectives. * Define and monitor technical KPIs (key performance indicators) and help measure team productivity and efficiency. * Mentor junior developers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing. * Actively participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new technical team members. * Assist in sprint planning and software delivery estimations. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role or similar. * Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C# or others. * Experience with software architecture and design patterns (microservices, REST APIs, event-driven). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira or Trello. * Strong problem-solving ability and capacity for making technical decisions in complex scenarios. * Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Ability to review and refactor code while maintaining solution quality and scalability. * Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment (CI/CD). * Strong communication skills, both for leading the team and interacting with non-technical stakeholders. * Commitment to continuous development and improvement of the team’s technical quality.
