Job Summary: Senior Java professional to work on testing, developing and maintaining high-quality applications, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, and evolving system architectures. Innovation and continuous improvement **What We Are Looking For:** A Senior-level professional experienced in **(Testing).** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain high-performance, high-quality Java applications; * Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, UX, QA) to deliver integrated solutions; * Ensure adherence to development best practices, including automated testing and code reviews; * Contribute to the evolution of system architecture and integration with microservices; * Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within Mobilize. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in Java development (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate); * Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices; * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB); * Experience with version control tools (Git) and continuous integration; * Understanding of software architecture and design patterns. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
